INTERIOR CABINET CONSTRUCTION:
All-Welded heavy gauge, reinforced type 304 stainless steel for maximum heat and
corrosion resistance. Seams and ports are heli-arc welded to minimize fume
infiltration and build up of flammable materials between chamber walls.
A blow out relief panel and 2 inch diameter fire extinguisher port are provided.
There are 10 shelf positions on 4 inch centers provided.

EXTERIOR CABINET CONSTRUCTION:
All-Welded heavy gauge, reinforced cold-rolled steel finished with a durable textured
white powder paint finish. The oven door is manufactured of cold -rolled steel exterior
and stainless steel interior. The door utilizes ball-bearing hinges and industrial type
latching to provide positive door seal and minimize fume leakage.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
Stat-350 is a Microprocessor based steady state temperature controller with full PID
control. The controller features a large display that simultaneously displays process
temperature and setpoint temperature. Other features include SUPER control which
improves performance providing superior ramp times with minimal overshoot.
Overtemperature protection is standard, provided by an FM-approved limit control with
independent sensor and power contactor.

HEATING AND AIR DELIVERY SYSTEM:
A direct drive ball bearing 1 Hp motor with a balanced stainless-steel multi-bladed
blower wheel. Elements utilize Nichrome wire strung through high temperature, high
dielectric strength refractory disks.

Forced Exhaust System: Maintains negative pressure inside the chamber improving the
exhaust of hazardous vapors. Dampers at the chamber intake are factory-set to meet
individual chamber exhaust requirement, as determined by customer’s application.
Airflow switch stops heaters in the event of airflow loss.

Adjustable Purge/Timer Door Switch: This can be set (1 to 55 minutes) to provide a
minimum of four complete air changes before heaters are energized. Timer automatically
resets and repurges if power fails or cycle is interrupted. Actual time setting is a
function of quantity of solvent and process temperature. This setting is established in
the factory based on customer requirements.
